Medical Insurance

Eligible employees of CSG have coverage under the Capital Blue Cross Preferred Provider Organization. Medical insurance is available to employees and eligible family members.

 

Dental Insurance

The Community Services Group dental plan covers a wide range of dental services. It emphasizes preventive care and regular dental examinations. Coverage is available to all full-time employees.

 

Group Life Insurance

All full-time employees are automatically enrolled for 1X annual salary of basic life insurance at no cost. Employees may also choose supplemental life insurance coverage from six different levels. Spouse and child life insurance are also available.

 

Individual Life Insurance

Employees have the opportunity to purchase individual life insurance through payroll deduction.

 

Personal Lines Insurance

Employees may take advantage of personal lines insurance products at competitive rates through payroll deduction. Coverages include homeowners, automobile, and inland marine.
