Medical Insurance

Eligible full-time and part-time employees of CSG have a number of coverage options available. Medical insurance and prescription coverage is available to employees and eligible family members.

Dental Insurance

The Community Services Group dental plan covers a wide range of dental services. It emphasizes preventive care and regular dental examinations. Coverage is available to all full-time employees.

Vision

A vision plan that covers eye exams, glasses and contact lens is available to eligible full-time employees.

Group Life Insurance

All full-time employees are automatically enrolled for 1X annual salary of basic life insurance at no cost to the employee.

Supplemental Life Insurance

Employees have the opportunity to purchase individual life insurance through payroll deduction. Employees may also choose supplemental life insurance coverage. Spouse and child life insurance are also available.
