New Program Opens Doors to Help Mentally Ill
Huntingdon, Pa. (October 18, 2007) – Community Services Group today announced the opening of a new comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation treatment program in Huntingdon County. The program coordinates a range of customized mental health services, including education, employment, social programs and specialized skill building.
"Our services are designed to provide the support necessary in order for individuals with mental illness to live successfully in the community," said Kathleen McWilliams-Roth, Program Director. "We have a unique recovery model that is focused on group activities yet driven by the specific needs and goals of each individual." Located at 9596 William Penn Highway in Huntingdon, the program has already started serving individuals.
