Geriatric care managers at CSG, are members of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) and certified through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM). In order to be eligible for taking the certification examination, candidates must hold a professional degree in a field related to care management such as social work, nursing, or psychology.
