CSG provides supportive community homes for individuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities. Individuals receive support from experienced and dedicated direct support professionals who encourage and assist individuals in achieving independence. Our goal is to provide individuals with the opportunities for growth and increased involvement within the community.
We offer customized residential living arrangements based on the level of support needed.

- Supported living – Support for individuals who live on their own
- Family living through life sharing – Placement into a family’s home in the community
