Foster Care

CSG Chariots program provides a safe, nurturing environment for children and families in need of out-of-home therapeutic care. Children ranging from infants to age 21 are offered intensive and comprehensive care that meets their individual needs and provides support to the child, natural family, and treatment family. We offer a network of services to assist the child and family in reaching their goals. As a result, children have the opportunity to develop trusting, stable relationships with our team of professionals, provider parents, and their family.

Our programs consist of:
  • Community Residential Rehabilitation – Host Home (CRR-HH)
  • Foster Care
  • Respite Services

Lifesharing

The goal of Lifesharing is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities by matching those who choose this lifestyle with a family or individual who chooses to open their homes and their hearts.
