Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS)

The BHRS program is designed to enhance the scope of community-based behavioral health services for children, adolescents and their families. Services are geared to children with ASD. Goals focus on interventions that support the child or adolescent’s continued participation in the community, thereby preventing a placement into a more restrictive setting.

BHRS services address the needs of children and adolescents and are based on documented assessment, diagnosis, and projected outcomes. Services also assist in the transition of children or adolescents returning to the community from an out-of-home placement.

Intensive Case Management

The Intensive Case Management Program (ICMP) provides services to adults, children and adolescents living with serious mental health diagnoses, including individuals with ASD. Services include coordinating, linking, monitoring, accessing community services and building a natural support network.  ICMP is individual driven, community based and focuses on natural support systems.

Outpatient

CSG provides outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults, including those with ASD. Treatment approaches can include crisis intervention services, behavior therapy, individual, family and group therapy.

Adult Services

Adult Autism services are designed for individuals over 18 years of age with an ASD diagnosis who require specialized activities designed to enhance skill development and independent living. Individuals with autism may also have a variety of other diagnoses which include developmental and/or physical disabilities. Our Adult Services provide residential and/or community-based support, driven by individual need.

Foster Care and Respite

CSG Chariots provides a safe, nurturing environment for children and families in need of out-of-home therapeutic care. Children ranging from infants to age 21, including many with ASD, are offered intensive and comprehensive care that meets their individual needs and provides support to the child, natural family, and treatment family.
