CSG provides supportive community homes for individuals with IDD. Individuals receive support from experienced and dedicated direct support professionals who encourage and assist individuals in achieving independence. Our goal is to provide individuals with the opportunities for growth and increased involvement within the community.

We offer customized residential living arrangements based on the level of support needed.

  • Community homes – Providing 24-hour supervision
  • Supported living – Support for individuals who live on their own
  • Family living through life sharing – Placement into a family's home in the community

Habilitation Services

CSG is committed to providing individuals with the skills and support necessary to acquire, retain and improve self-help, socialization and adaptive skills. Our habilitation services assist individuals in developing functional
living skills.

CSG offers caring support to individuals.

  • In-home services – Support with daily living skills in the home
  • Respite services – Temporary support for the primary caregiver in the home
  • Community-supported day services – Daily or weekly support in the community or in the home

Employment Services

Our employment services help individuals search for and obtain employment in the community. Our mission is to provide the support and guidance necessary to help individuals secure and retain community-based jobs.

Adult Day Programs

Adult day programs are daily programs for individuals with mental retardation which focus on developing or improving functional and social skills through a variety of tasks and activities. Services are offered in group setting as well as individually depending on the needs of the individual.

Lifesharing

The goal of Lifesharing is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities by matching those who choose this lifestyle with a family or individual who chooses to open their homes and their hearts.
