Outpatient programs also provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Telepsychiatry. Partial HospitalizationCSG offers partial hospitalization programs that provide adults with mental illness with more intensive counseling than outpatient services can provide. Our goal is to help individuals better understand their illness and to function as active members of the community. Our approach provides individuals with customized assessments and treatment options, without hospitalization. Psychiatric RehabilitationOur Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs promote recovery, full community integration and improved quality of life for persons who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition that seriously impairs their ability to lead meaningful lives. The programs are collaborative, person directed and individualized. They focus on helping individuals to develop skills and access resources needed to increase their capacity to be successful and satisfied in the living, working, wellness, learning and social environments of their choice. CSG has Site-Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs as well as models of Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Clubhouse Peer SupportCSG’s peer support program assists individuals with mental health issues to develop their path to recovery. Individuals work with peer specialists who are or have been the recipients of mental health services. Peer specialists assist individuals in basic living skills, support and advocacy, development of social networks, and linking individuals to other services. Mental Health ResidentialCSG provides residential programs for individuals with mental illness. From respite care to long and short-term programs, we focus on promoting the growth and enhancement of individuals through a supportive, empowering environment. CSG programs include:
The Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) Program provides individuals with mental illness the opportunity to improve their daily living skills and become more integrated into the community. The CRR offers transitional housing with varying levels of staff assistance. Community-Based ServicesIntensive Case ManagementThe Intensive Case Management Program (ICMP) provides services to adults, children and adolescents living with serious and persistent mental health diagnoses. Services include coordinating, linking, monitoring, accessing community services and building a natural support network. ICMP is individual driven and community based, occurring at the individual’s home, work site or at other designated locations convenient for the individual. Mobile Psychiatric RehabilitationIndividuals referred to MPR have mental health diagnoses that often resulted in short or long term placement in state or local hospitals. The goal of our MPR services is to promote empowerment of the individual toward their Recovery as well as decrease the frequency and duration of psychiatric hospitalization. This is accomplished by offering one-on-one skill building opportunities as well as a variety of community experiences designed to improve life satisfaction for the individual. Supported HousingIndividuals are referred to SHP to obtain affordable, compatible housing of thier choice in the community and/or develop adult daily living skills that are necessary for living independently in the community. The goal of SHP is to promote empowerment of the individual toward their Recovery as well as decrease the frequency and duration of psychiatric hospitalization. Vocational ServicesCSG provides vocational programs for adults whose mental illness has impeded their emotional, social, economic and vocational development. Our programs aide individuals in searching for jobs, refining interviewing skills and transitioning into a new job. We focus on working with each person in the setting most comfortable for the individual. Mental Health First Aid TrainingMental Health First Aid is a 12-hour training course designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
