Our comprehensive mental health programs for adults are designed to meet individuals where they are, with personalized care, recovery-focused support, and flexible service options. From therapy and psychiatric care to community-based services and skill-building programs, we offer compassionate, expert help across Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Our community-based case managers help individuals and families access the services, support, and resources needed for individuals to thrive. Services are provided in- home, workplace, or at other convenient community locations.

CSG’s EPIC Program provides specialized care for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Our objectives are to help participants understand and manage symptoms early, reduce the impact on their daily lives, and promote long-term recovery.
Services include:
CSG provides an array of Mental Health Residential services in a variety of locations. Mental Health Residential programs are designed to support individuals with serious mental illness to live successfully in their home communities. Staff in these programs provide skill-building rehabilitation and/or treatment services. Referrals come through mental health case management in each county.
Whether an individual is just starting their mental health journey or continuing care, our outpatient services offer personalized therapy and psychiatry in a safe, confidential setting.

Outpatient services are available both in-person and via telehealth, depending on an individual’s availability.
For individuals who need more intensive treatment than traditional therapy but don’t require 24-hour care, CSG offers Partial Hospitalization—a short-term, structured program that provides multiple therapy sessions per week.

Our Certified Peer Specialists use their lived experience to support others in recovery. Peer support and mentorship both provide powerful encouragement when someone’s navigating a diagnosis, rebuilding relationships, or pursuing education or employment.
Designed to promote recovery and independence, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs help adults develop skills for successful daily living and community participation.
We offer:
CSG Bakery, located in Sunbury, is a vocational rehabilitation program that helps individuals develop job skills such as communication and time management. Local businesses and organizations can partner with the bakery for their baked good needs–from fundraising to catering and many other baked goods needs.
Our Clubhouse offers vocational and psychiatric rehabilitation services for adults with mental illness throughout the work-ordered day. Members learn skills useful in finding and maintaining employment within a supportive environment.
